@UncleRuckus&#xA; It honestly doesn&#x2019;t make much sense because if it&#x2019;s a total blowout or complete divergence from the original total, they can&#x2019;t set the line at the remainder... would be way to easy.&#xA;As an example, I&#x2019;d totally points is 200 and they have 130 at the half, they can&#x2019;t open the 2H total at 70. Would make no sense.

I&#x2019;m pretty sure that&#x2019;s not what the books did... generally there&#x2019;s more scoring in the 2nd half. 112 points first half so they raised it some.. ????

@Saywaht&#xD;&#xA; It&#x27;s not like that exactly but if you pay attention to 1H lines and the FG lines you can generally deduce what the 2H line will be.  &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Look at Bills v Pats tonight, they score 31 in the 1H, o/u was 23.5 and 2H line was still 23.5 and FG was 47.  They don&#x27;t just make the line based off the half score. Lakers 1H was 113 and FG was 229.  &#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;Of course it&#x27;s not as simple as adding numbers but that&#x27;s why they still set the total so high.
