Refs had zero to do with that game and likely won&rsquo;t in most games.  That theory was obsolete last year.  With legalized gambling it&rsquo;s harder to fix games.  The &ldquo;series extender&rdquo; Scott Foster, he had 4 games last year as the ending game with a team down 3-0, 3-1, 3-2 and they all lost.  So I wouldn&rsquo;t waste much time thinking about rigged angles.  Plus foster is hurt now with a calf injury (seriously) so no free James harden rigged games or Chris Paul since he&rsquo;s not in the playoffs.
