Here are the fine gentlemen that the NFL has chosen to assign to each individual game this weekend.
Kansas City at Indianapolis – Walt Anderson New Orleans at Philadelphia – Bill Vinovich San Diego at Cincinnati – Jeff Triplette San Francisco at Green Bay – Ed Hochuli
The copy and pasted link below provides trends and opinions on these men and how they conduct themselves in the field of play. There is a chart on the bottom of that page showing their penalty stats.
I have my own personal strong opinions on all of these men, but i'm not posting for that. I am simply providing this information to anyone here that may consider this interesting and/or useful.

Jeff Triplette and Ed Hochuli are both specialists in calling roughing the passer. As we all know this is quite often the most controversial call in all of football, because aside from it being a whopping 15 yards it tends to usually get called on 3rd and longs when the defence is coming hard and therefore it is a huge swing in the game. Instead of a team punting and the receiving team having all the momentum created from their defence that just dominated. Instead it's a first down a big 15 yards, and most importantly puts the brakes on a defensive pass rush that to that point often had it's ears pinned back to crush the quarterback. It can put a little hesitancy into their rush, even the slightest bit, changes so much. How often do we see drives kept alive by that penalty end up being leading to scores? I don't have this numbers but as a fan I would say quite often.
Walt Anderson like to let em play and allows defensive backs to be more physical so a team like the Seahawks for example would LOVE to see old Walt doing their games.

Bill Vinovich likes to let them play ball as you can see. I would think the Saints defence would be happy to see that. They will need to be aggressive if they want to slow down the speed of the Eagles.

And while you are reading that, feel free to enjoy the little tidbit on the stunt this same Jeff Triplette pulled to basically win a game for the Bengals this season in a big game agains the Colts. I find it odd the the ref who had the biggest "fukkup" controversial, puzzling, bewildering, suspicious call this season. Use whatever word you want, i am shocked (no not really because it is the NFL) that the league would assign him to do a home game for the very team that he helped win with his incredulous and brutal call just earlier this season. But that's the NFL for you. Maybe he screws the Bengals over this time so everyone can say see, he is not trying to help them. Again, who knows, it's the NFL and this guy is the poster boy of the NFL company man, he and Ed Hochuli.

ok i went to that link it says nothing about which refs are where
I know for reg season you can figure out rotaion getting each crews games after they are sent out but thats hard to do
Playoffs who determines who goes where each year ? Of course the ref. commitee puts forth thier best foot in playoffs with the old guys who are mostly point on.
BUT in just have to do as i do every year listen, read, watch all the media BS and ask questions from outsiders bettors and my buddies in NYC and Vegas will give me true info on sharps and the squares.
Hold your horse buddy I was getting it for you. It's easy enough to find ya know, you could have got it on your own in 3 seconds like I did in the first place. Learn to use the internet it's useful tool if you show some ambition.

No my friend still working on that, have leans but they can change. Still awaiting somethings and unlike the regular season probably will not put my plays in until game days. The playoffs are a different animal.

This is great info PB. And In the week 16 match up against the Chiefs the Indy secondary was all over the Chiefs WR's. Not letting em get off the ball. Very physical and aggressive. If this trend holds up It could be a bit of an advantage for the Colts that not many would factor in.

Where in the hell is Steratore????...He's good at screwing up the clock, evidenced at the Dallas game and that's important, plus lots of "key calls!"....The NFL in assigning officials is ALL like politics....And that's quite sad!!!!....My best to all in the playoffs!

Ok guys here are the final numbers for NFL refs this season. The other ones did not include December.
As you can see Walt Coleman hates pass defenders with a passion. He leads the NFL in defensive coverage penalties with a whopping 52!! Vinovich who Anderson who both do todays games were lower down the ladder with 33 each so nothing too alarming there.
As you can see by the chart Vinovich in general like to let teams play, so you can more expect the two teams to decide his games. But ofcourse one big pass interference call or roughing call at any key moment can change a game completely.

As usual the dirtiest piece of crap in the NFL is none other that Jeff Triplette. I can stress enough what a crooked fuk this guy is. As noted above him and the other big time cheater Hochuli are doing tomorrows games.
Triplette already helped the Bengals win one this year with an insane overturning of a call to give the Bengals a free touchdown, when it was clear to the world it was Colts football.
The Gene Steratore, he's another one lol.
These guys have zero shame with whatever they do. Triplette flat out makes stuff up and he has tube videos to confirm it.

You can always tell who the dirtiest are because the lead all the other refs in offensive holding calls. Any knowledgeable football person will tell you that you can call offensive holding on every single play in the nfl if you really wanted to. Triplette and Hochuli always lead in this category and cancel out more big plays than any other refs. They flat out stop teams when they see fit to do so.
