I believe you are correct. Casual fan and fantasy football player i work with asked who I like tonight. I said Cleveland and he laughed and said no freakin chance, absolutely no way. So definitely Cleveland is the play. These 2 teams usually play wacky games w defense and special teams scores. Cleveland will probably win on some goofy fumble recovery 19-16

The Cleveland Browns under current ownership paid Hue Jackson to lose/tank for a QB in the draft (no proof, sure buddy).
So now that they're picking in the top 3 and the only way to get out from the DeShaun Watson mess is to draft Shedeur Sanders or Cam Ward they're going to try to go out and beat the Steelers? With what? Turnover machine bust Jameis Winston? The #1 WR they traded away? Nick Chubb averaging 40 rushing yards at 3.1 per carry since he came back from injury?
I took Steelers money line, with points at a premium there are plenty of scenarios where Steelers win 19-17, 17-14, 13-10. I'm sure plenty of frustrated Browns fans sold their tickets to Steeler Nation, the Terrible Towels should be out in force.
No idea why this spread is only 3 to 3.5, I suppose division rival, short week, bad weather, possible let down for Steelers are beating Ravens, Browns demoralized at Saints might get a dead cat bounce, but from all the power rankings and guys like Massey and Sagarin this should be more like Steelers -6.5 to -7.5.
Steelers look good with Russ, Steelers +7.1 scoring margin per game, Browns -8.6, I feel like people are overthinking this and hoping for a duplicate of Browns upset of Ravens. Bottom line - Steelers are a good team jockeying for the first round bye, Browns are a dismal team that should be tanking for a QB.

Steelers @ Browns on TNF, is a different story when Pittsburgh has Russell Wilson (instead of K-Pickett, or M-Trubisky or M-Rudolph, etc.), Arthur Smith (instead of Mr. Canada), and a list of healthy (but, sometimes previously injured) players including, C-Hayward, TJ-Watt, N-Herbig, M-Fitzpatrick, B-Bishop, C-Boswell, G-Pickens (instead of D-Johnson), N-Harris, J-Warren, M-Williams, P-Freiermuth, etc.
Expect Pittsburgh to win this game, by at least 4 pts ... regardless of the temperature, wind, rain, snow, sleet, hail, or typically crazy final-outcome-determining, once-a-season-and-sometimes-outright-miracle-plays that usually define this specific rivalry series.

Also historically terrible cappers on this forum have taken the Browns too. LB is one of the best, but he's siding with the mushes tonight and I can't in good conscience do that then regret it later tonight.
