Where are you getting these numbers from? TB runs for a lot more yards than that pg this year.
I'd be surprised if it's a blowout. Baltimore's defense can't stop the pass and no team has allowed more 2nd half points than the Ravens. While no team has scored more 1st half points than Tampa Bay. That suggests to me that they can hang with the Ravens.
