So while Brady wasn’t technically wasn’t a rookie, he was the quintessential game manager with a calm demeanor and promising future EXACTLY 20 years ago.
PATS MO then and now…excellent defense, run the ball, special teams, beat teams when not expected
RAMS had “fastest show on turf”…BUCS have highest scoring offense with top notch runner and a stable of fast, big name receivers
BELICHICK AND BRADY were both there…obviously
Last year was the Brady-Belichick breakup. Brady moves on and “naturally’’ becomes the QB of the first team to host and win a super bowl, sparking the great debate, was it Bill or Tom responsible for longest NFL dynasty ever
IF the NFL is even a tiny bit scripted, is there a better marketing scenario than Billy vs Tommy….go ahead and name it “THE GRUDGE MATCH…GOAT VS GOAT”…not the super bowl needs hype for an audience…buffalo wings and beer are already more than enough…but if you can find just ONE person that won’t be watching I’ll show you a blind soccer fan!
The ad revenue would be though the roof! Just my opinion and indeed desire

It's been a weird season, man, and nothing is really off the table. As promising as NE looks lately, it is hard to make a SB run with a rookie QB. I personally see NE as still being a couple of years away from playing in February, but that's just my take.
God is great, beer is good, and people are crazy.

Completely agree BC. I’m just saying the scripts are eerily similar. Brady won games just like this on a team just like this that first year. I was living in Connecticut at the time and remember when he took over for Bledsoe…150 yard passing games with no mistakes was the norm. I remember laying 14 friggin points in that super bowl. There’s really no one stepping up to dominate the AFC and with Belichick in charge and home field, why not at this point…
I’m just saying it would make an awesome story, one the NFL wouldn’t have to obviously manipulate given the current state of the league

Patriots are not going to the super bowl no matter how good of a coach bellihood is there is a sufficient talent gap between a team like the chiefs and patriots. Yes any given Sunday, but the patriots would have an inferior qb vs the chiefs, Ravens, chargers, and bengals. You really think he could beat them all…

This is neither laughable or 'fixed in'...this is just on the cards and a bet worth having at decent odds...the AFC from being a tight race to the tape has disintegrated recently...baltimore..not with that defence....bills...eh no...chargers vegas or denver...i would seriously doubt it wont get past Chiefs...pitts bengals or browns all way too inconsistent win one and done in the playoffs...only leaves chiefs and pats...and that would be worth a watch.
The NFC...dallas...eh no...rest of east absolutely no...another one and done job...Rams...liike to think they could get it all back together biut doesnt seem likely...writing off most of the rest leaves packers, Catds and bucs...ive only seen cards once this year and they only battered a poor on the day titans team so it comes down to the pacjers and bucs...pays your money takes your choice.
But Tampa v New England in the Superbowl...talk about a ratings bonanza...
Sweet home ALABAMA

It could happen but pushing Brady to the super bowl last year was a mistake as it was one of the lowest watched Super Bowls in decades. People are sick and tired of the nfl pushing the same people to win again and again. I wouldn’t waste my time watching another bs game but I haven’t watched a SB in quite a few years.

If KC has to beat the Pats on the road in January in wind, ice, and snow... then that will be a tall task against a team that can run the ball and play stellar D. Peyton Manning in his prime couldn't get it done there and IMO Mahomes won't either.

Homefield advantage in both conferences will be huge this year....Tampa wont be beating GB at Lambeau and as you said KC wont be beating NE at home...other way round its more of a toss up...
I like the idea of a Brady v Belichuf final....anybody with any modicum of interest in the game will be watching it...and even those who couldnt give a toss might tune in...
