Do you guys bet on games just so you can pass the time & scoreboard watch, or do you bet by having some inside knowledge/experience/intuition on a game?

Most successful sports gamblers always get on games they feel they  have an edge on .

 Disagree. An idiot bets to pass the time and have fun. A degenerate bets to cover some bills/expenses and usually to recoup what he lost betting, since most utterly suck at it.

Some games are for betting, some games are for inplay betting but none should just be for fun.

 

Well maybe the superbowl ....
