ever coach in the NFL again. And I'll tell you why? His ego is too big. People don't realize he is tied with Dan Reeves with 165 losses for the most losses by a NFL head coach. He is 3 years away from breaking Shula's record, it's not going to happen. Yes, Bill Belichick has a coaching record right now, and it's the most losses by head coach. And that will be the only NFL head coaching record he will have. And it will stay at 165. He does not want that record by himself.

I personally have never liked Belichick, he's a douchebag and thinks he's God of football. Even though without Tom Brady on his roster, this dude hasn't accomplished anything. Without Tom Brady on his roster for 10 full seasons he has exactly 0 championships, division titles, Coach of the Year awards and one playoff win in 10 full seasons as a head coach without Brady on his roster. He rode Brady's coattails. And he has the NFL coaching record, for most losses. He is actually tied with Dan Reeves and Jeff Fisher. He's a douche

I don't know if that record will be his motivation, but my gut feeling when he left the Pats is that he's done. Don't see him going into anything other than an ideal situation, where the entire team is already built to win now, and I don't really see where that coaching vacancy exists.
