Call me Crazy But I love the Raiders +1 tomorrow

Question

Huge win for the Raiders last weekend against Pitt. They are playing much better offensively now that Russell is not turning the ball over and going three and out every other series. The Raiders defense has been solid all year. Now they are at home and facing a Washington team that just had two crushing emotional losses. Washington has to travel cross country and get up for this game? I don't think so. Where as the Raiders are feeling good about their huge victory over the Steelers and now have some momentum at home. I feel the Raiders will be the fresher and hungrier team in this spot.
Thoughts are welcome.

Exactly, the general perception of the Raiders is that they are still horrible when in fact they have been playing better. I think they give a full effort tomorrow and beat a emotionally drained Redskins team.

I am leaning towards the Raiders as well. I actually feel there is some creedence to the adage of betting against the team that beat the previous year SB champ....in fact, I used that as part of my reasoning for fading Baltimore on Monday night.

All that being said, Washington flying across country to the west coast.....east coast teams typically struggle when going west...especially when they are road favorites

Raiders will take this game.  Their Defense has stepped up quite a bit.  Emotional high from beating the Super Bowl Champs  These guys are take this one.  Washington, well Suisham is not going to recover from that.  So look for FG&#x27;s to miss.  That team has got to be pretty low on emotions.  I take the home team, especially with the road team travelling west.
