Calling all Cappers!!! Capping Sports and the Covers Forum??? Please chime in!!!

Question

Why are we all here? My reason is I am seeking knowledge in order to bet sports and make a profit. I have little time to cap sports or significant knowledge on where to go to get the right information needed. That is what bring me to these forums.

What I do not understand is the insane amount of threads being started by randoms and the large number of daily wagers. I feel like betting sports is a science in which we as betters seek weak lines and pounce. Maybe we can find 1-3 per day per sport. As a casual sports better and daily forum troll I would love to hear from some of the more well known and respected cappers on the topic. Personally I would like to find a way to make 3-5 hundred bucks a month betting sports. Any advice?

Honestly, this board is littered with losing gamblers making bad plays. I look to find what bets have the most posts, and I go the other way. Occasionally I will post my own picks, if I feel really strong about a side....I post in a way that gets the masses fired up and calling me "fool" "idiot" "loser" etc. I think its hilarious. But, most of my picks that I post win. So its all good.

Honest piece of advice, I have made a killing fading the majority of the threads on here. It's a good strategy as its usually sheep to the slaughter when the entire forum leans one way.

Part of the issue, 3D, is that the posters here don't want to feel responsible for your goal of $500+ of profit each month. They aren't touts, though some of them hawk their ideas that way. Your best bet, so to speak, would be to tag along with the hot hands. You've already been forthright with the fact you don't have time to cap yourself. Check for the folks with honest records and don't be afraid to change around, when you sense the end of a streak.

The best way is to find the guys that have evidence from a week to week basis. Im to busy as well to do any serious research..  most folks on here create non-sense; but its for fun and we all wanna earn some money . I have followed some strong cappers over the years ... the Guy newjerseystud has made me some money for college football this season thus far...Straightforward  if your into College football .....

So, you just want people to post winners, and not so many losers?  That seems reasonable.Most of the "randoms" are trying to build up a good record on Covers so they can go tout.

The good ones are probably having sucessful season thus far and are counting their money... Or,, handicapping the next game... Becareful who you tail... As always,, its easier to fade that to follow here...
