not as big a bust as russell, but he won&#x27;t be a perenial pro bowler either. carolina drafted 3 qb&#x27;s last year &amp; gave up on all of them already so he better have at least a few pro bowl years in him.

It will take some time for this question to be answered. I HOPE the real deal, but here is my take. Will he be better then Peyton..................NO. Will he better than Delhomme............Probably. The Panthers need a QB to manage the game, keep the chains moving and hand the ball to their RB tandum to majority of the time. Cam is big, athletic, dynamic and can move the packet. If they can stay healthy and get a few players on the DL this team can be alot better than they have been of late.

This could be great for the Panthers or this could set this team back for years..........................

next russell. Everything he says in the interwiews is so fake and scripted. The kid dont have a clue and what is even worse, when he went against a good defense he rarely did anything. Every team in the NFL is going to look like a good defense to this guy. Plus Carolina has no weapons, hes screwed.

Disagree totally, Cam and Auburn were down at the half against one of the best defenses in the nation last year in Alabama, and he threw 3 TD&#x27;s and showed heart as they came back to win. LSU game although his numbers wasn&#x27;t impressive, his leadership and game changing performance got them the win. You can&#x27;t Coach heart, and all this guy does is win. Blinn, National Championship, Auburn, National Championship, so needless to say he&#x27;s a winner and he will prove everyone wrong.

Is HE a winner, or are the teams that paid for his services winners? Rent the tallest QB who can see everything, and run without getting the big hit. How many NFL defenders are going to be licking their chops to lay this guy out. He was a big college player, but now hes facing guys who get paid to hit. Not to mention guys who also get paid less then this rookie. Hes going to have a huge target on his back, pun intended. IMO a 6&#x27;6" QB better have the best accuracy in the game, otherwise I would not want my franchise QB, number 1 pick in the draft to have to rely on running the ball with that height. There&#x27;s no hole he can hide in, or no corner he will take with out having to hit someone.
