Cin's numbers last year... runD: 7th, passD: 10th, runO: 9th. These are legit numbers. Their passO sucked, but with pro bowl QB and WRs, shouldn't we expect a comeback?
They swept Pit and Bal. That means they are not a mediocre team, but a very good one.
This number started everywhere at Cin (+6) and has settled at (+4.5). That means money has come in on Cin.
Anyone on Cin with this one?..

In Game 1, play AGAINST a non-division favorite of 3½-6½ points before a division contest in its next game and a non-division contest in its game after that or before 3 division contests in its next 3 games. 18-1 ATS PLAY ON RAIDERS, PLAY ON BENGALS

No Ty Warren no Bodden. No Logan Mankins probably the biggest loss. He's still in a contract holdout. Tom Brady trying to settle some contract issues. Moss is whining. Just some factors to take into consideration.

gotta lean Cinci...huge question marks on D for the Pats this year... its going to be a rocky ride for the young defensive secondary especially with NEs inability to pass the rusher.

Pats have never been known to be a pass rushing team even with Seymour back in the days. Banta-Cain had 10.5 last yr which was more than any yr Seymour was there. Just sayin... GL w/e way you play.

Seymour was never asked to rush the passer guys like...Bobby Hamilton, Anthony Pleasant, Willie McGinest even Mike Vrabel....thoses guys put the QB on their back

It’s also no secret that when the Patriots have won championships that they had a successful pass rush.
In 2001, Bobby Hamilton, Anthony Pleasant and Willie
McGinest combined for nearly 20 sacks. Richard Seymour and Mike
Vrabel each nearly had 10 sacks a piece in 2003 and in 2004, the
Patriots benefited from strong season from McGinest.
During those years the Patriots also had a subpar secondary, but
with the added pass rush the secondary had a burden off their shoulders.
If the Patriots hope to make it back to the playoffs they will need a strong showing for the before mentioned players.

You know Cincy is the better team here...so why are we afraid to back them.....Its that mystique the Pats have that tells us that no matter what the pats will always be great with Brady and Billicheck. I believe the pats are a team on the decline and I think their off. line and secondary are in trouble. I still expect them to make a playoff push but they aren't as good as they used to be, The bengels are better on both sides of the ball and I think they can win this outright IF they don't take 15 stupid penalties which they are prone to doing.

tobasco hit it on the head...Lewis is a putz and requires no discipline at all, he frowns and laughs his way through games & turbulent times...if they keep penalties down, I like them a lot as a ML wager in this one. they are deep and out to prove their worth, I'll bite.
Not to mention the run D which has been iffy is much more solid in the trenches and in the secondary.
BUT, off coord Bratkowski (sp.) is predictable and must go, he sux.
