LOL 45 points isn't low scoring. That is a pubic hair from covering the total. Every teaser known to man in any direction whether total or side covers this score. This is literally the squarest score ever. Now could he be right... sure, but when he said the only thing that I am sure of it will be a low scoring game I am thinking like 17-13 or 20-10.
