How about a small experiment?
Since I've been reading the threads, I notice our pics, the people in cover's community, are very different than the consensus pics. So, let's consolidate our bet for all the games. Yes, we have to make pics for all 14 games.Rate all the games from 1 to 14. 1 being "this is the best game I am going to throw down 20 units for it". 14 should be "No matter what, bookey's gonna get my money". Let's see if we can do better than the consensus and make some money.
I will tally all bets by 10am Sunday and report shortly. Sorry it's early but I have things to do but would like to beat the bookey with like minds.
My bets are below.
1) Mia +1 (better large)
2) St. Louis +7
3) Carolina -3.5
4) Bucs +1
5) 49ers -5
6) KC +14
7) Giants +3 (if I get OT, I'll play)
8) Balt. -9
9) Jags -7
10) Atlanta +9.5

12) Skins -9
13) SD -3 (no touch)
Monday Night Football
14) Tenn -4 (I know Tennessee is insane, but Peyton has that look that says "My father injected me with pigskin when I was in the womb". Enough said, not playing this game until Monday Night Madness makes me.)
