Be good for both sides…. But Jerry wants another trophy in his lifetime…. And this prob prolongs it…. Course I don’t always get what I want either…. And many times it’s best.    In the end.

He not just the owner that the real issue.  He doing multi roles when other teams has delegated responsibility.

Hard to tell a multi billionaire He wrong or listen to others.

McCarthy was still under contract with the cowboys when the bears asked permission to speak with him so the cowboys had the option to deny them. but now that  mccarthy is officially gone any team can talk to him.

How that fat fuck continues to have job opportunities is beyond me. If I was as bad at my job as him I would have lost my license years ago and would be in soup line some where. I will never and I mean never understand the allure of McCarthy! Honestly what is the one thing he does so well, better than most or all other NFL coaches, that necessitates him getting recycled whenever he inevitably gets fired?

Cowboys ain't winning anything until Owner AND GM Jerry Jones finally sells the team.... and that doesn't appear to be happening anytime soon. 

No worthwhile candidate with NFL coaching experience would even consider DAL as a destination at this point..  it's a shitshow w/ JJ at this point.
