Decent PROP play....most rushing yards

Betting both:

Mendenhall +175
Forte +175


I dont think GB or the Jets will have much success on the ground. The Jets will also split carries between LT and Greene. Starks will get most of the carries for GB, but Jackson will get a few.


I'll take the + money that 1 of these guys can pull through

you should probably clarify the specifics of that prop... otherwise you will be getting a lot of questions... obviously, Mendenhall is not an underdog to get the most rushing yards in the Jets - Steelers game, and obviously, Forte is not an underdog to get the most rushing yards in the Bears - Packers game... unless you have a really stupid bookie!

You are risking (just using 100 as your bet) 200 to win essentially 75. Thats roughly -250 to -275...

while i agree they are probably the top favorites...I dont see the point. GL

I think he is betting these guys for most rushing yards out of the 4 teams which player gets the most...thats how I take it, otherwise Forte would not be close to +175...

Wouldnt it be 200 to win 275, if one were to win?

his initial 100 wagered, then the 175 payout.

here are his scenario's

Neither guy wins...= -200

One guy wins = loses 100 and wins 175...so a profit of 75...

so he either will win 75 or will lose 200....

unless im having a massive brain fart I think the above is correct

i think you are right, simply because the lines make no sense otherwise... but that wasn't clear based on the post...

I think you would be better off betting on each one of those guys to score a TD. That way you can at least hit both bets.

Mendenhall was -125 and Forte was +115

u guys r thick this morning... forte or mendenhall is lead rusher end of the day he wins 75 per 200 wagered.  risking 200 ....100 on each back     one of them is lead rusher pays 175 plus the 100 wagered =275-200=$75 net per 200 wagered.

This play might as well be. "Will Forte or Mendenhall have the most rushing yards today?" Yes would be -265.

But then again, one of those 2 guys is probably going to have it. Pitt will shut down the Jets and the bears should shut down the Packers.

Th elines are that high fro a reason... both backs are average backs... mendenhall ran for 100 only 3 times all year... other than that he averaged 64 yrds p/ game... Not gonna be too successful today on the Jets IMO... either is Forte in GB

That is correct. Most rushing yards today...both games, all 4 teams. -250 is about correct. Would you bet the field +200 against Mendenhall and forte? I wouldnt.....

Point is winning. Yep, its juicy....I fully understand

I agree with your thinking here. Just an FYI tho, Sportsbook.com has Forte at +180 and Mendenhall at +200, relatively low limits tho.

Point is easy money. You guys get too caught up in prices sometimes ....a winner is a winner...

Mendenhall should take this easily as he already has 89 rushing yards

Yeah, I think you have a winner. My wife played him over 74.5 and to score a TD at -130.
