Just interested in everyone’s opinion on having a Friday night football game aswell? Last week having Thursday and Friday night footy was a great spectacle I think! Why doesn’t the NFL make that permanent and now play 1 game on Thursday and 1 game on Friday night?
I am from Australia and we have Thursday and Friday night footy and it works great. Did everyone enjoy having the Friday night game last week? And do you agree it should be added to the NfL schedule?

I enjoyed it tho it caused me, as a Philly fan who now lives in Ireland, who also had a bet on thr Birds, to stay up to almost 5 am when I had work at 9.30 Saturday morning. But it was worth it. I almost gave up and went to bed after they started so bad but holding GB to those FGs I thought we still have a chance and then aftet Barkley's catch I had to stay up and was glad I did because dude put on a show. If I stayed up so late and they lost or didn't cover I would have been annoyed AF lol.
It seems like it would be a good idea, I'm guessing they haven't implemented it before because Friday night is when all the high school teams play, I dunno. Doesn't really make sense that would affect it but it's just a traditional thing, NFL was always Sunday, college Saturday, HS on Friday but they have TNF and are mad to get all the exposure they can so I wouldn't be surprised if they do it. To me it makes more sense than Thursday because it's not such a short week for the teams and less people work on Saturday morning than Friday morning.

Fridays are high school football nights in America! Nothing doing for bettors, but for many people it's a big deal going to the games. Friday nights are also nights to go out on the town. The worst rated TV shows are on Fridays for a reason. Hardly anyone is home. NFL isn't dumb enough to air a game that night due to hardly anyone would see it. Plus for most of the season there is NBA and NHL those nights as well as MLB right now, a full slate of games every week.
Banned for using a burning $ emoji. Lol. TRUMP 2024!!!
