Does the Jags/Texans Line Seem Off?

The advanced line on the Jags/Texans game was +7. Lawrence is playing (100%?) but we're currently sitting at +3.5 with close to 90% of tickets on Houston. Mixon is in line to go 100+ on the ground, Stroud will go Stroud.

A 2-9 Jags team and by all accounts, in the 30's in probably every power rankings list out there.

Is it as simple as 'Well, Houston only won by 4 a few weeks ago at home, so there ya go...'???

Texans seem too easy a play.
