Barstool was suggesting that the Dolphins should trade for Jimmy G. They believe he would a good fit especially given he knows the style of offense well and had success in prior stops. I bet he wouldn't cost much either.

Barstool sucks but i actually agree with that.

Jimmy G is never healthy though.

That style of offense you def need somebody who knows the system. So many motions and pre snap decisions with the speed they have and the play calling.

Russ is in Pittsburgh on a minimum salary basically as far as cost to the Steelers and no better options other than Kyle Allen if Fields gets hurt. He's not going anywhere. He is probably still a better option than Fields goes whenever they need to score 30 pts to win a game. That's where Russ is better. Fields is just managing the games well right now, but IMO not the long term answer. He takes too long in the pocket to find someone open most of the time if his first option isn't open.
