Yeah but Brees coming off a rotator cuff tear in his throwing shoulder I can see why teams would pass on him. Frankly, NO took him in desperation and just praying it would work out and it did. Good job for them but every Drew Brees story there is perhaps dozens of failures too.

At the end of the day, he&#x27;s a class guy. At 6&#x27;0" not quite Flutie size but Flutie-esque in getting the job done.    Another quality BIG TEN product.

There&#x27;s no guarantee Brees would have had the same type of supporting cast in MIA that he did with NO. NO turned out to be perfect for him as he gets at least 9 dome games a year (with ATL being a division foe) and NO built their team to be a fast, quick strike team. The MIA philosophy for the last few years has always been run and grind out victories.

&#xD;&#xA;the problem is that Miami was being run by Cam Cameron at the time... Cam Cameron has had some minor success as an offensive coordinator... but as a GM he is simply the worst i&#x27;ve ever seen... the one draft that he ran is a Dolphin set them back about 10 years... he single-handedly destroyed that team, and Parcells is still trying to pick up the pieces...&#xD;&#xA;if Cam Cameron ever gets anywhere near your team, be afraid... he is fucking clueless!
