Eagles rested a bunch of players against Dallas and won very easy. I think we will see both Pickett & McKee, maybe Pickett will play the 1st half then let McKee shine in the 2nd.
All backup players want to show the coach that they are up for the task if needed in the playoff so rather see them playing than any 1st team player that might only play on 50% to avoid any injuries before playoff.
So should be a very hungry Eagles team that is playing in front of their home crowd any playing for a minutes with the 1st team in the playoffs.
Eagles are 6-0 in the last home games and 11-0 at home against NYG.
I could understand that NYG wanted to win at least one home game this seasons to give their fans something for the holidays, but it did cost them the #1 draft pick.
If NYG wins and Panthers losses then Panthers will fall behind them in the league and it will cost them another round in the draft.
So can't see NYG win here, I don't think anyone in the franchise want that.

I also think Saquon Barkley want's to get his 101 yards to get his record, so won't be surprised if they play him for a couple of plays.
Don't think anybody in NYG want to hurt any Eagles players before playoff in a meaningless match, so won't be surprised if this will be more like a friendly/pre-season match with soft tackles...
NYG might cover the spread, but Eagles ML is the play.

I think the eagles are playing chess here. On the surface it looks like they can embarrass the giants and get the record with Barkley.. but now obviously they’re sitting him and other players. Why would they help the giants (division team) by beating them and bettering their draft position? If the eagles lose, the giants win and move down the draft board drastically and don’t get their franchise Qb potentially.
