**Early Games** - Advice Please

I have been struggling the past few weeks, so any advice would be helpful. Here is what I like for the 1:00 games:

Pittsburgh -4

Bills +5.5

Carolina -3.5

Rams +2.5

Eagles/Arizona Over 46.5

Jags/Colts Under 37.5
