The weak schedule argument is not good since the Pats have gone to the playoffs consistently and competed with playoff teams with no issues.  It would be different if we were talking about gateway teams or startups like Raiders or Houston.  If anything, a weak schedule is beneficial since it will have less wear and tear.GB has the weakest SOS.   Pats had a tougher SOS than GB and Pitt.

I don&#x27;t want to debate you, I am all over NE, but to be fair...Better running game= PittBetter Receiving Group= PittBetter passing defense= PittPitt has more *stars* for rushing / receivingNew England has more diversityNE has better rush D, but you have to give Pitt better passing DNE has better play calling / coaching and QB which tilts the overall offense in favor of NE

NE averages more rushing yards and have a 1-2 punch with Blount and Lewis. Bell better than both but in my opinion with the offensive line and 2 decent running backs Advantage= EvenReceiving corps: Pitt has the best receiver in Brown but Pat&#x27;s have Edelman(almost as many receptions and yards as Brown but Brown a lot more td), a very decent Amendola and a big deep threat in Hogan. Advantage= NE Passing defense= Pat&#x27;s have played some bad qbs but have given up less passing yards per game. But I feel feel with mccourty, Butler and Chung back there I feel like you have to at least say advantage= EvenJust my opinion but everybody has their own. GL man!

tough game but i agree. Steelers have some positives coming in to this game. they need to play clean, disciplined, no penalties which i am afraid they may not be able to do Bell is going to be a workhorse with Deangelo to give a breather, and of course AB. but the Pats have the three-headed monster Dion Lewis/James White/Legarette Blount.. Lewis and White are the ones i&#x27;m more concerened about. catching those quick dump off passes for monster gains when Brady feels the pass rush. if Steelers linebackers can limit the YAC against those pass catching backs they&#x27;ll have a chance to keep this close. if the Pitt secondary can limit the big plays against Amendola, Edelman, Hogan, Bennett and maybe Michael Floyd they&#x27;ll have a chance.i see this game being 4, 6, 7 or 10 pt margin. tough game to call despite Brady&#x27;s dominance against Pitt

Anybody seen the thing about the Patriots over the years versus teams with "big 3" offensive players? I know you&#x27;ll say don&#x27;t pay attention to the media but every time the Patriots have played against 3 star offensive players in the playoffs they won. I know people will say don&#x27;t compare common opponents but Pitt needed a game winning drive against Baltimore to even get in the playoffs. Patriots probably would have beat Baltimore 30-9 if it weren&#x27;t for those 2 stupid turnovers in their own red zone(ball touches punt returners foot and doesn&#x27;t even try to recover and then fumble ensuing kickoff).

what do you guys think of taking steelers first half &#x2B;3.5 ? I dont think the patriots will run the board on the steelers. I also think coach Tomlins facebook live video coments will be an embarrassment if he does not win the afc championship game for the rest of his life or hes coming to do what he said he was going to do.

You&#x27;re acting like I said NE is a lock or something. I probably won&#x27;t even be betting on this game. It&#x27;s all I  said was everybody on this forum being on Pitt is not logical to me. Especially playing in NE. Let&#x27;s go by common opponent being Baltimore. Blount ran for 72 on 18 carries vs Baltimore. In their most recent game bell had 122 yards on I think 20 carries but in their game earlier in the year ON THE ROAD versus Baltimore Bell had 14 carries for 32 yards hahaha. I think you&#x27;re forgetting this game is in NE. Of course the Patriots aren&#x27;t gonna hold Bell anywhere close to 32 yards maybe not even under 125 but to make it sound like Pittsburghs rushing game is leaps and bounds better than NE&#x27;s is kinda crazy to me. Just my opinion.

Pitts has the best rushing Oline in the NFL IMO. Mike Munchak has done a great job with these guys and has turned a weakness into a powerful strength.

When I hear that Belichick is going to take away what Pitts does best, what they are saying is that he will take Bell out of the equation or contain him so badly his production is meaningless.

I want to see this...show me evil wizard. Barring an injury, this isn't happening.

Whichever team tackles better and blocks better wins this game...

Pitt will win or lose 7 points under... they are +6 and the scores will be over 51. Its simple as that. NE may win but not more than a touchdown.

It is a decent bet to be honest, I would take that over the game line.  Patriots ALWAYS defer first half so Steelers will not only kick off first but as a result have at least as many if not more drives than the Patriots.
