Explain the disappearing flag

I&#x2019;ve seen 3 flags today and the umpire says there was no foul on the play. They pick it up.&#xA;Why throw it? Happens a lot now. Gives that fixed feel to the game.&#xA;Also, New York is in their ear all the time now changing calls from 1000 miles away. Also gives that fixed feel.&#xA;Think I&#x2019;m going to watch Seinfeld for a couple hours and see who won later.

They are using NY for faster calls to keep the game moving. NY will over rule in their earpiece if it&rsquo;s wrong. At least that&rsquo;s what I&rsquo;ve been seeing explained online. I actually like it better than standing at the monitor and going to commercial.
