One thing to keep in mind is the legality (for Hard Rock - NOT YOU) is in the court system.
There is a hearing on Friday about the legality of mobile betting in FL.
It comes down to this.... The voters of FL have not legalized sports wagering, but the government of FL have authorized the Seminoles to start mobile and in person wagering. So because the state of FL does not have a law legalizing, while there is no question that placing a wager on Seminole land is totally fine - there is question about placing mobile wagers off of Seminole land and it is a Federal courts issue. So the bottom line is enjoy it while it lasts - because there could be an injunction anytime stopping mobile wagering (you would obviously get your money back).
One way to make this totally legal in FL and have Draftkings, MGM, Caesars etc is to sign this petition for a vote in November of 22.

@sportschat
Not going to happen my fellow Delawarean.
Too much money made off the parlay cards from the lottery reatilers for that to happen. Grottos and such have too much sway.
