NFL YTD: 10-6-1 +5.3u
Another boring and basically .500 day in college yesterday. Bad pick with A&M to start and an unlikely cover by Nebraska left me in the red for the day. NFL is my strong suit. Didn't get a chance to post last week. Picks for today are as follows.
1u Atlanta +4.5
I'll take the points with ATL today because I think they can have enough success with Matt Ryan to offset their troubles on defense. Giants off a couple straight wins but against mediocre opponents. Today will be a stiffer challenge for them. Atlanta wins 28-27
1u St. Louis +4
Eagles havnt looked like themselves thus far and have 2 wins against poor teams. No the Rams aren't anything special but off a bye week and an extra week to prepare for the Eagles offense, I'll grab the points here. Rams win 27-24
1u Tampa Bay +10.5
Double digits dogs are almost an automatic play for me in the NFL. Percentages back them. Plus it's not like New Orleans is a powerhouse. Over 10 points in this division game is too many. New Orleans wins 30-21

Carolina is a good team at home. The Bears defense is suspect. I like the home team to pick up the win. Pretty simple. Panthers win 24-21

Jacksonville is bad. Pitt wins 30-23
2u Chiefs +4
Riding KCs defense and momentum here. 49ers will find it tough on the ground today. Chiefs win 20-19
