The NFL has changed significantly in the past 10 years. Unbelievable stuff I see in these primetime games. It seems like if you have a great week and a great Sunday afternoon to just stay away from these damn games

all the plays under review in this monday night game were the correct call however... I know they had to look a bunch but name one miscall on them? You can't because they were all correct

If I was employed reviewing the play and I had ATL +12 you damn right I'd rule it a catch

People are so tuned into the referees being on the take etc. But in the NFL where every damn play is reviewable and the last two minutes... The review guys are the ones who may be the ones who are getting paid off. I'm sure you've seen some plays, even this year, where it was either upheld or overturned on some bullshit

but that was a catch...

What was funny is when the ref in the endzone standing 3 feet away from the Falcons receiver called that one catch a touchdown when you can clearly see the ball was on the ground, instant replay got it right.

the reviews went both ways but was completely right, no matter what side I dont think blaming the refs is the way to go on this one, blame the saints playcalling for not kneeling, blame the center for getting injured, blame the runner for not holding on to the ball, blame the d for not stopping the falcons late, blame elam for making the field goal, all of those were more important than the refs

I know it was I'm just giving an example of a call. There was actually a call a few weeks ago during either SNF or MNF I don't remember. I don't even remember the exact play but basically there was a ruling on the field. It was under two minutes so it went under review and it was overturned without clear, indisputable evidence. The view of the ball was partially blocked by the defensive player and you really couldn't overturn it because of how close of a call it was and the blockage of the view but it was indeed overturned. Tonight they got everything right. Only problem tonight was another phantom holding that cost ATL the ML. Then the refs gave them the spread as a make up

I had NO -11 and i certainly wanted to see them lose outright with the miracle comeback after that fieldgoal went through....
