...they are the real replay officials who normally work games. They pretty much had to go with that call given it was ruled a completion by the offensive player on the field.

BTW, don't forget the phantom PI called on GB's final touchdown drive. That would have resulted in a FG instead and Seattle would have won it with a FG at the end. Correct team won but not in the manner it should have happened.

Replay can not determine who had possesion. It can only judge the call on the field. Ref that ran in called touchdown first. They just discusssed this on the post game.

I expect the rules commity to look at adding possesion next season. Now we can call this the Golden Rule

This isn&#x27;t college.  The referee reviews the calls themselves.  There isn&#x27;t a replay official in the booth making the calls.&#xD;&#xA;The worst PI call went against Sam Shields and went Seattle&#x27;s way.

So youre telling me that a call with 11 min left in the game is the same as that call??

It would have been 4th and 2 for GB on the 40. I think they would have went for it because Seattle had 5 yds the entire half.

NFL rule book states that there cannot be simultaneous possession if one player has possession before the other.

Jennings catches it and hits the ground with Tate having 1 hand on it. Tate gets both arms on it after they both hit the ground.

INT by the wording in the rules.

That&#x27;s not even debatable.  Seattle also had one earlier but if you want to use selective memory to change things around that&#x27;s cool.&#xD;&#xA; &#xD;&#xA;I lost money on the Pack but they did not deserve to win if you take the whole game in total.  The last play, yes, they got screwed.  Overall, no.  Seattle had 14 penalties called against them at home so it&#x27;s not like Green Bay got "homered".  Additionally, give up 8 sacks in a half and you have no right to win the game..period.

The replay officials cue up the tape, but the onfield replacements make the final call under the hood.
