all of the review calls were close. I felt that the runner was clearly short of the first down line when the ball was coming loose, because at that point forward progress stops. The reviews on the first downs were probably too close anyways to determine. The last review it appeared the ball hit the ground. Also the refs have angles and slow mos that we don't see..I think what needs to happen is for the refs to be able to electronically determine the spots of the ball, otherwise in a game of inches someone gets stiffs. if they can put cameras at stop lights to catch red-light runners than they can do this

The PI call was just horrible, it wasn't even PI, as the receiver was tripping over his own 2 feet, and there was very minimal contact. Also, the ball was very, very uncatchable. Just horrible that a Super bowl team is decioded that way, buit for the NFL, you reap what you sow. In the last several years, the NFL has really lost whatlittle credibilty that they had.

What about AP fumbling? and the other players who fumbled? Harvin and Berian? Favre didnt lose this game, its a team game. Vikings could of stopped the Saints in OT but they didn't. If they didnt get penalized for 12 men in the huddle things would of been different today probably.

Shut the hell up about Favre, he played his heart out last night, no other Qb could of done the same. His O-Line didnt block for him at all, he got killed and got back up over and over again taking those horrible shots.

I am In total agreement with you on this .Watching the game and the mistakes that were made by the Vikings .they just flat out lost the game them selves when they could have had it totally in hand and did have at the end but forgot to play fundamental  basic football instead of trying to be egotistical puffed up Heroes. The game would have went the other way  .Fans have no beef with the refs or the NFL on this game Favre lost it along with the rest of his team by not staying with the basics  nuff said

Saints might have beat the line if their offense had been in sync like it was against Arizona. 3 of 12 successful third down plays (or was it 4?) I'm not whining, I lost on the Saints, a halftime bet and a parlay. I will just PayPal my man and wait on the Superbowl. Saints are now + 5 !/2 at my book. I will take the ML whenever I bet, win or lose.

I had the Vikes &#x2B;4, so I could care less, I cashed my ticketHowever, if Favre hadn&#x27;t made that rookie QB mistake by throwing the ball like across the field like that instead of running and sliding and getting 5 or more yards for a FG opportunity, they could have won (although, who knows if Longwell could have made it, kicking has been absolutely dreadful all year in the NFL for some reason)
