After one stopped Raiders&#x27; offensive series, Derek Carr came out to the sideline and seemed to explain something or made a request to his coach.  Gruden nodded his head several times in succession and did not say much, while he tried to end the conversation as quickly as possible as if he didn&#x27;t care about what Carr was saying to him.  It looked as if Gruden was telegraphing Carr you won&#x27;t be my starting quarterback much longer so whatever you thought meant nothing to me and to this team.
