I just got banned from Cashapp & Coinbase for withdrawing bitcoin from sportsbook wallets.
I withdraw at least $1000 weekly from my profits(last one was around $9000 to Cashapp, which triggered my ban).
I don't understand their reasoning, when sportsbetting(online and state) is completely legal in my state, so I am not doing anything illegal.
I do have an external wallet, but many times I did not use it for the time consuming inconvenience.
So here are my 2 questions:
1) I do have a couple other xchanges I use, but both are strictly for my investment purposes, and not willing to take a chance with sportsbook deposits. Any xchanges you guys recommend?
2) Is using an external wallet as a middle man safe enough? Or do you need a couple more hops?
Plz lmk you guys' xchange preference and the positive experiences you've had so far.
Thx Gents!

Kraken. I do deposits and WD all the time with BTC..
Wow..Never heard of that before..That is the whole point of BTC and DEfi...Coinbase not allowing a deposit from another wallet? The wallet that the sports book is depositing into Coinbase is Anonymous. Pretty sure Coinbase is KYC and you are vetted..

1 "middle-man" wallet is enough. Withdraw from the book to the middle-man wallet (something like blockchain), and then from the middle-man wallet to the exchange. Been doing this for years on Coinbase, with no problems.
Since Coinbase is publicly traded, they are very picky about not accepting transfers directly from offshore books - they want to keep the SEC happy and off their back.
God is great, beer is good, and people are crazy.
