I understand your frustration. It sounds like the recent updates have had a significant impact on your experience with the site, and that’s not the kind of experience we aim to deliver.
Your points about the scoreboard changes are especially valuable for us to hear at this moment. I'd love to get more specific input from you on what’s been working well for you in the past and what’s falling short now. This feedback could help us better understand where to focus our improvements.
If you're open to it, consider answering the survey so we can gather your insights more thoroughly. Your perspective would be incredibly helpful as we work to restore the reliability and quality you expect.
Thanks,
ColinMac.

why not put the straight up wins and losses back on the scores and matchups front page? i asked about rotation numbers a while back and it tooks like three weeks to get a canned response about how you will pass off the message.
No team is as good as it looks when winning nor are they as bad as they look when losing

Go back to the Wagerline days. Page was easy to read, font smaller so you were able to fit more games per page, rotation numbers so you could easily find your team, actual record instead of ats, last 10 games record, trending ingame total for over under players, preview had a wrietup with predicted score.

Please for the love of god just go back to the scoreboards you had before you changed to these stupid ones earlier this year. Why does it take 7 months of wasting everyone's time with feedback?
The scoreboards suck. Go back to the old ones. Done.

Your response is somewhat comical to be honest.
The People here already spoke.
They have been complaining since Covers started making changes.
And yet the complaints were ignored and now the site has gone to complete shit.
If you (Covers) didn't care "then" why pretend to care now?
It's already too late.
Sports enthusiasts everywhere once valued Covers, now they laugh instead!

No offense, but this site has gone to shit. The matchup pages and scoreboards are worthless. The matchup information is unreliable and often incorrect. The scoreboards are so far behind reality it's comical. Every move to improve the site has been nothing short of a disaster. Covers should have adopted the "if it ain't broken, don't fix it" policy. If you want a chance to save this place you should fire everyone behind the ongoing disastrous changes.
