Honest Thoughts About Jordan Love?

Kid looked awful for the first 70% of the game. But, what very few young QBs can do is turn it around and lead a comeback like that. 

Thoughts on Love so far, truly interested because I have heard everything from "Love sucks, can barely complete a pass" to "Love is the 20 year future for GB".

I thought he was going to be a Jacoby Brissett level replacement. Not a runner, decent arm, not bad. But he has pleasantly surprised me. I think he's got the job for at least 2-3 more years. He's an above average starter in the league, which is a big compliment cuz that means he's in the top 16 best QBs in the world. 

I think it makes it so hard since he's like a rookie but was on an NFL team for 3 years. So people are not sure what expectations to give Love. 

May be a game manager or decent- definitely not on Favre/Rodgers level.

Agreed. He does not make many mistakes, which again most young QBs do. 

He didn’t play too well today, but he’s a lot better than I thought he would be. His weapons are limited on that team.

He looks better than Bryce Young 

I wouldn't base his future off of what you saw in the 4th quarter.  Saints D made no adjustments and Saints anemic offense allowed GB to stay in the game.  

He’s not it 

can never see that guy going deep in the playoffs unless he becomes 200% more accurate 

It's early, give him time.
