As great as the Saints looked against the packers sunday night we have to remember they were at home where they are a completely different team. Week in and week out they constantly fool us into thinking they are great after a great home win, then turn right around to lay a dump on the road.
On the road this team turns from the Saints into the Aints. They just can't play outside their home dome. They have got to be the worst road team in NFL history!
They still haven't won a game on the road this season 0-4. I would love to take them this Thurs against a not so impressive Panthers team but they scare the hell out of me backing them when they are away.
Someone convince me why this game will be different and how the Saints will be able to play on the road. Especially against a Panthers team that is pretty decent.

The panthers team is NOT pretty decent. LOL They beat the Bucs, the Bears and Lions cause they were at home. So they're NOT any better than the Saints. In fact? They're worse. Now, I dont disagree with your points that Saint shave sucked o the road and that NO ONE can be that confident in the Saints winning because this game is too unpredictable. Line going from dog to fav is questionable to me for Saints. Yea, they beat GB at HOME. So why are they fav on a road game they have not won yet at? Seems a little odd. Especially a div road game. This game is too hard to read. ATS it seems likely to take CAR. But some have said, it could very well be Saints get their first road win.
Here's what I find interesting:
There has NEVER been back2back div titles among the NFC south and there won't be any. Saints will win it. Now I honestly dont think they have to beat Car on the road to do it. They can lose against them tomorrow and still win it. It'll come down to later in the season. They have GB, CAR has the Lions. It's a no play for me EXCEPT on the U48 for 2 reasons:
1) 6 Overs in a row have hit Thursday night, and
2) Saints/Car play Under more often than Over.
Good luck with whatever you decide.

Agreed, initial look says to me to never lay points on the road with the SAints, but looking a little closer the Saints after the bye outplayed Detroit on the road (#1 Def.) for most of the game and then beat up a bad Packers Def. Carolina just appears banged up right now esp after playing the SeaHawks, and the Saints are healthier then they've been in a while.
Not easy to pull the trigger either way for me yet

You are pretty spot on about the Saints playing poor on the road. That being said, they are bound to win (and cover) a few at some point. Although last year they did go 1-7 ATS on the road (3-5 SU).
