Vicious. You were screwed over with improbable turnovers, the Giants playing poorly on D, Coughlin making horrible decisions, Kitna suddenly throwing like Peyton Manning (because the Giants lost their ability to cover and tackle), so many fucking things. Go to the In Game thread about ten or 15 pages back to get the run down if you really want to relive everything.

Couldn't have said it better myself. Trying to put it behind me still.

I agree with Tallguy here, I think most often than not 2nd half bets are stupid bets to make... I'd rather just play the games I get to handicap all week, instead of not handicapping at all like 2nd half bets.. for instance most 2nd half bets are made based on what the bettor has seen in the 1st half... and how often do we see a tale of two halves... I think its kind of a sucker bet really and they are totally designed for the bettor to hit 50%, versus the 65% that can be hit consistently doing just regular games...
For instance, my pop wanted to take NYG in the 2nd half, and I talked him out of it... all 2nd half he kept saying, "See, I knew I should have played that" but at the end of the day, of course, he was glad he didn't... I think too many people make bets on what they "think".. I never do that, I make my bets based on what has the best projected % off solid capping and it works well for me. I hear guys say things like... "I'm going to take X team, because I just think they are due to break out" whereas I would say something like, "I'm going to take X team, because converting all of my handicapping and looking for an edge here equates to X team having a better than 50% chance of covering"
