The brotherly shove is a genuis play, essentially eliminating any play calling scheme to pick up a 4th and 1...if it was so easy, why hasn't any other team perfected this play?
Good on Siriani for coming up with this huge +EV play for his team, although props go to Kelce and Hurts for having the quad strength to make it look so easy.
If they actually ban the play I'm done watching football altogether. It's not against the rules and it's not some real life cheat code - lots of other teams can't execute it.
Id much rather see this being done than teams lining up in shotgun on 3rd and short.
Anyone who screams 'this isn't football!' is a fkin moron. Football was literally created out of rugby and the brotherly shove is exactly like a rugby scrum. Check out the world cup final this Saturday and see for yourself it should be a great game.
