-6.5 7 is too steep in my opinion...you need even action on the game...this higher line will not sway as much as a lower line would in my opinion..

it may not but be in NE but if ur serious enough to consider the ramifications of the line being one way or another and being smart about it being in Carolina taken into consideration it can affect your thought process in making a so called right decision...so my point being it does matter.....for ex: a matchup of two foes who played in ENGLAND the country affected the line drastically....especially the TOTAL.....
