Inconsistent officiating

So,  a shoulder to shoulder hit in the Denver game garners a 15 yard penalty but an Eagles helmet crown to facemask is ok.  Got it

NFL wont call targeting on the first play of a wild card game...

Helmet. To. Helmet.  Is by definition a personal foul penalty regardless of the player sees it coming or not

If you watch the replay it was the returner who lowered his head at the last second. The Philly guy went in low to make the tackle. It was helmet to helmet but it was incidental. No penalty.
