Is it Rodgers or the Jets organization?

What a terrible year for the Jets considering all the talent and the vaunted defense that ghosted 2024.

I have no idea, but what what I can tell you is I bet a Future against NYJ to ""Not"" make the playoffs.   I always felt Saleh was a terrible head which proved to be correct,  on top of my doubts of what Rogers could ever be after a season ending injury. 

For any of you throwbacks out there,  Norv Turner was also a terrible head coach.   He was a wonderful OC, but sometimes guys have to understand what they are good at, and specialize at that craft. 

The HC business is completely different,  and you must recognize it once you find someone that has no business of being in it. 

The more you know.

Rodger has no business on the field now that

All the teammates focus on him which's down 

everything in the drain. 

AR is not the reason

He is the end outcome of a incompetent organization.

Jets haven't been able to develop an organizational philosophy on Offense for decades.

The are always a bottom dweller on Offense.

They have never even had an average OC.

Its always someone's Elses fault. It was Darnold, it was Wilson. Geno Smith. Let Flacco go, and had no serious backup last year. Mike White was the Savior. Neil Odonnell was the Savior. Michael Vick. Mark Sanchez. The list goes on.

They don't take Offense seriously,

The Jets organization allowed Rodgers to run the show these last two years because they didn't have a clue either.

Rodgers led them down to destruction, his fingerprints are all over their final flush. At least with Saleh, they had a defense that kept them in games. 
After witnessing this clown car driven by the Joker (Rodgers) no team will sign him.
