Yes he does. He needs to thank Brett Favre and the other 20+ teams that passed on him in the draft. He went to a winner, and not only had a few years to learn how to play QB in the NFL sitting on the sidelines, but had one of the best QB's ever to learn from.

If only all the other QB's in the last few years had a chance to be tutored by Peyton, Tom, Brett instead of being thrown into the fire on a shitty team. Perfect example this year is Andy Dalton. Not sure he is as talented as Aaron Rodgers, but my point is he would benefit being the clipboard holder and watching Carson Palmer run an NFL offense.
