 Totally False.   People really need to be educated in the field of sports wagering and Odds Making in General.   It is a dying trade or skill because of Technology, I am currently working on a Curriculum for The Barrett's Honors program.   Other the UofA, UNLV, and UL, there are no formal programs for this new industry of legalization.
