ON PAPER this wager seems OK, and I know how BAD Jacksonville is. I could see their pathetic attempts to field a team in preseason, thus I made my only team total wager (Under 5) in the NFL this year. I was almost 100% positive this was a great bet when I made it, and still feel the same way today. However on 11/24/13 I do not like the play of Houston -10 for the following reasons:
1) This game just does not "feel right" . If your a seasoned better you know what I mean.
2) Houston has been playing poorly lately, and I wouldn't be surprised if they lost the game outright, or if it went into overtime.
3) Jacksonville on the road might be a good thing for them. Their home field is a disadvantage. So they are getting an extra 6 points in my eyes, because they have no fan base in their state to support their home field advantage, thus they have a home field disadvantage.
I hope you win your bet, because I'm rooting against Jacksonville every game, but I'm not laying 10 points, no way no way no way.
