Word came down from the front office this week, "Don't even think about winning this game or any others this season", sitting on the #2 draft pick right now, need a QB, thus no brainer. Back up the truck! I thought about grabbing the money line but it only pays +120, not worth it.

As we saw with Lovie Smith sticking it to Houston a few years ago. These coaches and players don’t give 2 fucks about the next regimes QB, pick etc. Pierce is gone, he knows it. He hasn’t lost his team yet, they fought hard against Atlanta. Your angle is 100% false.

The raiders are drafting a QB, he’s suggesting to play the Jaguars because the Raiders don’t want to win this game. Raiders are in the 2 draft spot and are the fave today so obviously it’s the jag moneyline paying +120.

I generally agree with this thinking and have always preached it, players don’t care about some guy they don’t know, they are playing for their own jobs and careers. As a Raider fan though this team has seemingly fought hard in a lot of games and then somehow blow it right at the end and it’s been in a very strange way a number of times. I’m very curious to see how this game goes today, especially the ending.

It’s a shitty team no doubt about that. Ridder is a horrific QB. O’Connell isn’t great, but he is better. The roster as a whole sucks. Jacksonville isn’t much better. Talent wise in current states of injury, attrition, these are quite possibly the 2 worst teams in the nfl. Giants are right there in the mix also.
