Nice 4-1 week hitting the 200 play again and only missing out on the Broncos, who looked completely lost for the 2nd straight week and have found their way to the do not touch list. Patriots under hit again even though they looked a hell of a lot more competent on the offensive side of the ball...the Bucs found their way late in the game despite having no receivers...Falcons Rams came through in the 2nd half with the offense as well for the over...and the Chargers lost by a field goal which is how I saw that game going all along! On to Week 3 and more profit!

Baltimore vs New England UNDER 43.5 ($110 to win $100)
If it ain't broke...don't fix it. Once again, the Patriots offense just simply isn't built to put up points quick like the Dolphins did against this Ravens defense. I would like to thank the Dolphins for more than likely pushing this from a 41 number up past 43 however. The Patriots offense is completely based off of the running game. Harris and Stevenson determine what Mac Jones is able to do...and the Ravens run defense has been pretty good so far this year, probably artificially boosted by the fact that it was the Jets and a pass happy Dolphins team, but still pretty good. After watching every damn minute of the Patriots futile efforts at offense, I still can hardly imagine a world where they put up much more than 20 points. So I then look at the alternative and ask...what are the Ravens going to be able to do? Well, Lamar Jackson is f'n good at football...and dual threat QBs have forever been a thorn in Belicheck's side...see Josh Allen's last 4 games against him. The Patriots defense has been phenomenal this season...top 10 in most categories. So I do think that the Ravens will be limited a little bit...and I don't think the Patriots get to that magical 20 number.
Prediction: Ravens 23 Patriots 17

damn I already locked in Patriots SU as its their home opener and I was pleasantly surprised how they took down Pittsburgh. I just don't believe in Lamar in this spot blowing a lead that big vs Miami cannot be good for their preparation for this one. But what do I know just a guess New England 23 Baltimore 17

I felt Pittsburgh could have won the game, I didn't watch it fully but I seen how New England started strong and commanded the flow. I think they can honestly squeak one out here

Okay. I've watched it and felt that NE was poor on offense but it was just enough to beat PIT. I don't bet them this match.

Best bet of the week for me despite a lot of people out there thinking it's a let down spot. I don't think the Colts are good...Matt Ryan is old and slow...Pittman will probably be back which at least gives them a receiver, but this is a Taylor or bust type of team. Shaq Leonard being out, and Ngakuoe being banged up is a major factor going up against one of the top 3 offenses in the league. That's where my focus was on this one...if the Colts defense gave up 20+ points to the Jags and Texans, what are they going to allow to the Chiefs? Taylor will get his 100+ and a touchdown, but they just don't have enough to keep up.
Prediction: Chiefs 30 Colts 20

Philadelphia vs Washington OVER 47 ($110 to win $100)
This one was almost a 200 play for me...but I'm not sure what Washington can continue to give on the offensive side of the ball. I think the Eagles offense has a chance to be something special. The Commanders defense has the names, but they haven't really been performing that great so far this season...no Chase Young means no pass rush means crappy teams can do what they want to them. Again...just like above with the Colts giving up decent points to crap teams then playing a good offense...Commanders giving up 22 and 36 to the Lions and Jags now going up against a potent offense? Should be a fun game...oh, and I think Wentz might be motivated a little more.

Jacksonville vs LA Chargers OVER 43 ($110 to win $100)
The Jaguars might be that sneaky good team that nobody pays attention to this year. Lawrence has continued to improve day by day...they have some weapons on the offense...JC Jackson is doubtful to go today so that opens up a lot of space. Herbert is obviously hurt, but the Chargers at home should automatically be penciled in for 20+ points...and that's really all they need to give me in my mind for this one to go over. Heading into the season the Chargers were one of my favorites to come out of the AFC, but the injuries are already piling up, which doesn't add up to good things. This one could be an upset, but 20+ points out of both of them is where my head is at.

When don't the Cardinals play in a shootout at home? When doesn't Sean McVay absolutely annihilate the Cardinals/Kliff Kingsbury? When are you in doubt that Kyler Murray can pull a play out of his rear end and make something amazing happen? Everything in this game screams offensive wild shootout...and at the very least the Cardinals defense is dog poop.
