Just a couple rants! Denver giving 2 firsts and 2 seconds and players for a QB with 1 year on his contract. Who also said he won’t resign for anything less then 50 million a year. In what I say is the new toughest division in football now! Will Denver win the super bowl? Guess we will see if this trade was bust or just in 2-3 years!
next Raiders do know that Adams had the MVP QB tossing him the ball in the worst division right? Raiders gave up their first 2 picks this year and gave Adams the most money outside of a QB? This is a automatic bust! I would be upset if I was a Raiders fan! Unless they somehow get Watson??
just wanted to add this off season reminds me of a bunch of rookies doing a auction fantasy draft for the first time!
Just a degenerate!

After a year of bad press, the Raiders want to make a better impression in Las Vegas. This is a big deal.
According to overthecap, Carr’s cap number is only $19m this year, the last season of his current deal. Whatever he signs going into 2023, his salary will certainly at least double.
They have made other good moves — signing Chandler Jones made sense. And bringing in Brandon Bolden gives Josh McDaniels some familiar flexibility. As of last night it sounded like Stephon Gilmore may be on the way to Vegas too. Passed his prime but a definitely upgrade should they sign him.
The team is counting on it not taking long for Carr and Adams to regain their chemistry with each other. And it will be interesting to see what McDaniels comes up with for this offense.
I will say I would like them to try to improve their offensive line in some fashion. I guess time will tell if they do that.
Finally I just want to add that Adams is really good lol. He’s getting a little older but he still has a 2-3 real good years left and he doesn’t count on speed. Yes it is a monster contract (about 5 years, $140m), but in reality it’s really likely a 2-3 year deal. The real terms still haven’t been leaked and typically the longer that takes, the worse the terms tend to be in comparison to the initial reported value. Also, when is the last time the Raiders have had a true superstar wideout…. It’s been a long time. And don’t even say Randy Moss either because he was trash in Oakland and gave up very quickly back in 2005 or whenever that was. How people forgive him for that I will never know but that’s another story lol.
The Adams compensation was very high, but having a chance for a Super Bowl alone makes it worth it. Super Bowls are worth a lot.
I look forward to watching the AFC WEST unfold in the upcoming season. Should be super exciting . The AFC WEST has to be the best division in football. As of now I personally think Denver finishes 4th, but the Russell Wilson trade is intriguing.

For the Raiders it makes sense to me.

I give the Raiders an A+ so far this offseason ....Division is clearly going to be tough sledding ...I thought they were going to take a major step back, no longer believe that's the case ...Wouldn't be surprised if all 4 teams made the playoffs ...AFC could have 13 teams fighting for 7 spots

THE Raiders just signed CB Roch Ya Sin from Indy. I'm so ready for the season to begin.
Would have loved for the BILLS to acquire him ..Very solid when he's on the field...Just needs to stay healthy ...Should be playing with a major chip on his shoulders ...Sounds very excited to get out of Indy .

Just a copycat league. Brady and Stafford move on to another team and win a championship the following year. Just get a competent QB, go for broke in free agency and hope to win a title. Rams took it a step further and said hey see money can buy you a ring!
Sip on that plus money honey!
