When they moved the extra point back it created missed extra points the misses then make teams go for the two point conversion this skewed the numbers.

Combo of the longer XP and analytics suggesting to go for 2 more often
Results of 2 and 6 should be more common since they moved the XP back...should be...not sure if it has actually played out that way but I assuming it has as there has been more talk of 2 and 6 in past few years

I think when looking at that the main takeaway shouldn't be that spreads of 2 or 2.5 are not 'basically moneylines' as some people often think (and end up laying the points if they like the fav or taking the moneyline if they like the dog) because 1 is at 6 percent making +2.5 dogs that more valuable (and taking moneyline instead of -2 or 2.5 on favs)
