This year it happened 1.8% of the time. In a game for the Number 1 Seed in the NFC, It should not happen.

Vikings were stupid to call timeout with 28 seconds left. They didn't want to leave that much time if they failed to convert the 3rd down.  They only needed about 20 seconds if they convert.  Should have let more time tick off.  Just stupid.
