On October 29th, 2000, the greatest show on turf, St Louis Rams with Kurt Warner, Marshall Faulk, Isaac Bruce played a road game in San Francisco against 49ers and Terrell Owens and Jerry Rice.
The total for this game was set at 62.0. This is the highest total O/U of all time in the NFL as far I am concerned.
Rams won game 34-24, but Kurt Warner did not play. He was injured. Trent Green was the QB for Rams in this game. And QB for 49ers was Jerry Garcia.
Now, 2018, these Rams are playing a game in New Orleans. I haven't seen a total yet posted. We may see the highest total ever in an NFL game.

So we had ove 80 points scored in Chiefs at Patriots a couple weeks back...
The Rams offense is better than the Patriots...
The Chiefs defense has not improved markedly....
The Chiefs and Patriots offenses have both continued to operate at high levels...
Why wouldn't anyone think that this should EASILY glide over a 60 number????
I created this thread thinking game would be played in New Orleans. In a dome with these two offenses, I seriously thought total will eclipse 60+ easily.
But at Estadio Azteca is completely different and total may pass 60.
I would put it at 59.5

No way!....lol Both are "averaging" 33 points per game. Even with road/home averages it's at 32.0 for Rams and 34.7 for Saints. I would place this at 64-65 O/U. The record should be broken. We may see 66 from books.
Love how I got a "lol"But never got a "sorry sydney" you were right
Lol.....
This game is in Mexico City. This is reason it hit your line. I created thread thinking it would be at the Superdome.
But congrats. Line is now 60.
No biggie.
