Let's not forget these two teams played in week 6. Seahawks winning at home 26-24. Yes it was a close game and yes it was in Seattle...But let's examine the huge personnel differences from that last game to today.
Falcons are down their best CB, while the Seahawks are down their best FS, but the Seahawks now return Chancellor, Clark, Morgan, Bennett (was injured half way through the last game), Rawls, Prosise, and a non-gimpy Russell Wilson.
^ go ahead and think about that a moment.
Russell Wilson's playoff record: 8-3
Matt Ryan's playoff record: 1-4

Atlanta's defense is hugely suspect, Russ beat them literally on one leg earlier in the season without their starting RB. I know Falcons offense is a powerhouse but I'll take my chances with the Seahawks defense holding them to under 24 again (especially with Bennett and Chancellor back)
