Titans 1H -.5 (560/500) Titans management under fire for a pathetic start & their QB has been the main culprit. Levis back in action today & needs to at least play a friggin single clean half. Titans off a bye, they better be ready to play a mediocre beat up Indy team. 

Bucs 1H Under 20.5 (542/500) Spencer Rattler first start I look for NO to pound the rock & put the game on their defense. May set up for a 2nd half over if Saints get behind... as Rattler was a turnover machine & his play has never matched his swagger!
